Good: clean E46, Red on Tan,
Bad: over 13,000 for a not an M3 with 100,000 miles.

I’d say CP, but odds are someone will pay that.

I’d say CP...

CP all the way home. A 100k mile 330Ci non-ZHP with the same options is about half that cost or a little more, and only enthusiasts know the significance of the ZHP package (bumpers, suspension bits and 10hp). Personally I’d get a 330Ci and just pay $1,200 for new cams.

CP. Really clean gorgeous car. I would say it’s more a $9-10k car.

You wouldn’t have the six speed, and you can’t get a 330 in imola red.

Too expensive or else NP

Its neither really, a clean ZHP as such really does command that much and someone will pay it. However, in the grand scheme of things you can probably find a decent M3 for about $3k more or a regular 330ci for $5k less in just as good of shape.

At current prices ZHP’s don't do much for me.. Would rather spend an extra $2-3k and get an M3.

Disagree. The M3 at that price has issues - and that’s gonna cost. At this price - assuming a clean Carfax and a good PPI, it’s a good deal. There is a premium for E46 coupes, E46s in red, E46s with a ZHP package. I have been looking myself now but for an automatic.

Forgot to add, I have a 05 M3 currently so I know the running costs.

A 6-speed transmission is not worth $7,500.

Unless it’s a Porsche.

Wait... huh... that’s the whole point!? Or am I the one missing the point.

Man, these have not come down in price at all over the last 4 years. Strange really, as only those people who know what the ZHP is are looking for them, and frankly, they’re not THAT special anyway. It would *maybe* be ok if it was a convertible and had 40k fewer miles, but man... CP? I dunno, because it’s a lovely car, but definitely not NP.

I’m saying at that price it’s CP but if it was cheaper then it would be NP
